This workout combines abdominal exercises with lower body exercises.
While the exercises for the abdomen help to strengthen the abdominal belt and achieve a flat stomach, the exercises for the lower body help to tone the muscles of the legs and buttocks, for a more toned and harmonious appearance.
Also try the abdominal training with the elastic for more satisfying results.
Exercises
Step up, 3 sets of eight reps per leg
Bridge with v-ups, 3 sets of 10 reps per leg
Wide / narrow squat, 3 sets of 12 reps
Elevated leg crunch, 3 sets of 8 reps
