Raw Green Coffee and Gastrite

Introduction

In spite of roasted black coffee, some nutrition professionals claim that the raw green coffee drink can also be consumed by people with mild gastric mucosal disorders.

This "statement, which in my opinion is absolutely questionable, is justified by the different chemical composition of the raw green coffee powder compared to the same obtained from previously roasted seeds. Subsequently, we will try to analyze with greater care the various aspects that may or may not affect the gastritis disorder but, for the moment, let's try to understand what the real function of the infusion obtained from raw green coffee is.
