Pre-run joint mobility routines or to be practiced every day
Our joints and their proper functioning are essential not only for running, but also for walking and for carrying out the actions of everyday life. It is therefore important to dedicate time to joint mobility exercises, better if they are introduced in the warm-up part before running or even as a routine to do every morning. Good joint mobility helps and improves muscle elasticity, helps to better decontract. the antagonist muscles and thus improve the range of movement and also helps coordination. It also prevents injuries especially those related to the joints of the ankle, knee, hip, etc.
Joint mobility exercises
If we are about to face a very intense running training, we also introduce joint mobility in the warm-up, inserting it after having done a mild 5-minute run.
