In this video tutorial dedicated to running we show a circuit of 8 minutes of pace, to be repeated 2/3 times with a minute of rest between one series and the other.
8 gaits with 45 "active and 15" rest. In each gait we find one of the gestures we make while running. We therefore train the running technique but also the cardio vascular aspect. They are preparatory exercises for running, they help to improve gestures, improve the thrust of the foot. This is why these exercises are good to do barefoot or with minimal shoes.
To improve mobility and balance there is an effective circuit designed for this purpose.
