Rain, either you love it or you hate it. But if you do not want to give up your training (always remembering to prepare yourself with preparatory exercises for running), the equipment must be adequate.

- Rain jacket. It must be thermal if it's cold and waterproof, with hermetic closures at the ends (wrists, neck)
- Cap with visor to protect the eyes from the rain
- Waterproof gloves (if it's cold)
- The pants must not be too heavy, otherwise they will get soaked and will annoy you
- The shoes must have a good tread and must not be waterproof, otherwise if water enters, then it will struggle to get out.
