Did you know that
It is not necessary to use oil or butter for cooking: salmon has a rather fatty meat and for browning it is sufficient to sear the fish on a hot plate.
The same procedure can be replicated with other types of fish (e.g. tuna, swordfish, etc.).- When the salmon is browned, pour the aromatic yogurt sauce, cover with the lid, lower the heat and cook for about ten minutes or until the sauce dries.
- The salmon is ready: serve it with chopped chives. Salmon can be accompanied by a side of salad dressed with vinaigrette or citronette sauce. The salad dressed with vinegar or lemon is used to "degrease" the salmon.
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
Salmon cooked in this way is special: while it is true that it is not a low-calorie dish (therefore to be consumed occasionally, not more than once a week), it is equally important to remember that the fats present are "good fats" (think that for the presence of omega 3, salmon seems to help lower cholesterol and reduce hypertension). In addition, salmon provides high biological value proteins and, not surprisingly, it is highly appreciated by sportsmen and bodybuilders. In short, a dish of health in all respects, rich in flavor and taste.Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
