Did you know that
The marinade is important to keep the chicken meat soft, as the cutlets will not be fried but cooked in the oven. This will prevent the meat from drying out during cooking.- Drain each chicken slice from the yogurt marinade and roll it in the breadcrumbs, previously salted and peppered. Once all the slices are breaded, repeat the procedure by dipping them again in the liquid and passing them in the breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the chicken cutlets on a plate lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with a drizzle of oil: bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes, taking care to turn the slices over after 10 minutes.
- Serve the chicken cutlets hot, accompanying them with baked potatoes or a mixed salad as you like. If you wish, you can serve the chicken with a mustard sauce.
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
The idea of soaking chicken in yogurt and milk is a genius to keep the meat very soft and to avoid the use of eggs! If you liked the idea, you can replicate the recipe using other types of meat (eg slices of veal or pork).Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
