- 6 of Chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 glass of dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 20 gr of dried tomatoes
- 50 gr (also black) of green olives
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- to taste of rosemary
- garlic to taste
Materials Needed
- Roast pot with a diameter of 24 cm
- Plastic bag
- Chopping board
- Knife
Preparation
- First, let the chicken drumsticks flavor, preparing a macera. In a bowl, mix the white wine with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, mustard, rosemary, garlic and a mix of spices to taste.
- Put the chicken drumsticks in a plastic bag and add the macera: let it rest for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
- Meanwhile, leave the dried tomatoes to dry in warm water for about ten minutes. Chop the cherry tomatoes with the knife.
- Dedicate yourself to browning. Remove the chicken drumsticks from the maceration, leaving it aside.
- Heat a plate, then brown the chicken drumsticks on all sides, so that they are evenly browned.
