- 25 g of pure licorice
- 9 g of agar agar
- 10 ml of untreated lemon juice
- 90 ml of water

Preparation
- Collect the licorice in a blender to obtain an impalpable powder.
Attention
The licorice used in this recipe is very pure: it can be found in herbalist's shops or supermarkets. Check the label for the wording "logs of pure licorice"; do not use licorice gummy candies.
- In a saucepan, pour the licorice powder, sugar, honey, lemon juice, water and agar agar: bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and distribute the mixture in the candy molds.
