Preparation
- Prepare the banana pudding. Peel the ripe bananas, cut them into pieces and collect them in a beaker. Pour in half the milk, the icing sugar, the rice flour and the corn starch. Mix everything to obtain a liquid mixture.
- Boil the other half of the milk in a saucepan: when it boils, pour in the banana mixture, until it becomes thick.
- In a large, low rectangular baking pan, distribute some grated coconut, then pour the banana pudding, taking care to obtain a rather thin layer (about 1 cm thick).
- In the meantime, devote yourself to the preparation of the red fruit pudding. Dissolve the corn starch and rice flour in the juice, boil until it reaches the right density.
- Spread the red fruit pudding on top of the banana pudding, leveling it with a long blade knife
