  Preparation

  1. Prepare the fruit salad. Peel the kiwi and cut it into small pieces. Cut the pineapple into cubes. Clean the strawberries: wash them in cold water, dry them, remove the stalk and cut the pulp into small pieces. Wash the grapes and remove the berries. If the berries are large, cut them in half or in quarters.
  2. Mix the fruit with a dash of lemon.
  3. Mix the Greek yogurt with the honey and flavor with the lemon zest.
  4. Lightly tap the cap of the eggs on a plane: a crack will have to form. Eliminate the cap: 4 containers must be obtained.

  To avoid breaking the eggs too much, you can cut them along the joint, preferably using a knife with a hot blade. By doing so, 8 half-shells (containers) can be obtained. Alternatively, follow the recipe for chocolate baskets.

  5. Pour the flavored Greek yogurt into each egg and add the fruit salad. Decorate as desired with waffle cigars and powdered sugar.
  6. Serve immediately.
