- 250 g (3 medium) of carrots
- 100 g of peach pulp
- 150 g of apricot pulp
- 100 g of melon
- 100 g of mango
- Untreated lemon juice and pulp

Preparation
- Prepare the fruit and vegetables. Wash peaches and apricots, cut them in half and remove the stone. Wash the carrots, peel them and remove the ends. Clean the melon and weigh 100 g of pulp. Cut the mango, remove the peel and weigh 100 g.

It is no coincidence that, to prepare this juice, we have chosen “orange pulp” fruit and vegetables. Carrots, melon, mango, peaches and apricots are foods rich in beta carotene, a vegetable pigment (precursor of Vitamin A) ranging in color from red to orange.
Beta carotene is a well-known antioxidant that gives us a darker complexion by protecting the skin from UV radiation. Furthermore, this substance stimulates the formation of melanin, strengthens the immune system and protects the cardiovascular system. Frequent consumption of foods rich in beta carotene also appears to prevent sunburn.
