Available in the form of snacks, smoothies, powders or bars, meal replacements are special food supplements that, as the word itself implies, can be consumed sporadically as an alternative to one of the three main meals. Compared to a classic smoothie or a standard bar, meal replacements stand out for the right amount of nutrients, salts and vitamins, while limiting the energy intake derived from fats and sugars. And today I propose you a delicious replacement smoothie of the homemade Banana flavored meal, perfectly balanced and satiating.

Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
A mouth-watering, satiating and filling meal replacement smoothie that can be taken from time to time as an alternative to breakfast, lunch or dinner. I feel obliged to remember, however, that meal replacements represent an acceptable compromise in the diet of the obese or overweight subject in the context of a controlled diet. The consumption of these particular supplements is justifiable only by a slimming therapy for curative purposes.Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
Meal Replacement Shake is a food that is low in calories. Energy is provided above all by lipids, followed by carbohydrates and proteins. Fatty acids are predominantly unsaturated, cholesterol is low and fiber does not disappoint. The Meal Replacement Shake lends itself to any diet, taking care not to include it. in the diet for celiac and lactose intolerance. The average portion depends on the meal it has to replace and in the context of a secondary one (snack) it could correspond to 100g (125kcal).
