Did you know that
The trick of mixing the chocolate chips into the flour is important to avoid letting the chocolate sink into the cake.
This cake can also be prepared without a scale: the yoghurt pot can be used as the unit of measurement, in these proportions: 1 pot of yogurt, 2 pots of flour, 1 pot of sugar, 1 egg, half a pot of oil, vanillin, salt and 1 jar of chocolate chips. Also check out the 6 and a half jar cake.- Pour the mixture into 4 dove-shaped paper molds and bake in the oven at 160 ° C (ventilated mode) for 20-25 minutes. The toothpick test is recommended to ascertain the right degree of cooking.
- Serve the colombine sprinkling, to taste, with icing sugar.
