The yogurt cake is one of my favorites! I really prepared it in a thousand ways: with lemon, chocolate, jam, coconut But, thinking about it, I haven't tried it yet in the savory variant: why not offer it as an appetizer or as an alternative to bread? Don't miss the yogurt cake with cherry tomatoes and olives.

- Finish by covering the surface of the dough with tomato slices.
Some alternatives
Alternative to olives? If you do not follow a vegetarian diet, you can enrich the dough with diced ham or bacon and mix with peas, dried tomatoes or other vegetables as you like.- Place in the oven and bake at 180 ° C (mode: ventilated) for 20 minutes. Then lower to 160 ° C and proceed for another 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool and serve.
