- 45 gr of sunflower seeds
- 45 grams of pumpkin seeds
- 250 ml of water
- 5 gr of salt
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary

Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the oat flakes with all the seeds (sunflower, sesame, flax and pumpkin). Add the water, mix and leave to rest for at least one hour.
