The mental influence has an immense part on the health of the human being. The bad suggestion is a great enemy for the health of the man. A healthy man who is convinced that he is sick, in a few days becomes sick with the only power of the nefarious suggestion.
The miraculous healings of which there is so much controversy in religious circles are nothing other than the fruit of the great faith of individuals, who, being strongly convinced that they can heal, that they are already healed, etc., are really able to heal by the grace of the Creator and for the merits of their favorable suggestion alone Knowing this truth we understand how urgent and useful it is to abandon every bad suggestion and replace it with a good one.
A bad temper and an intense emotional state prepare an excellent ground for illness and death. While trust, calm, love, patience, gratitude, joy, zeal, esteem, mercy, humility, generosity, etc., relax the organism and help each organ perform its I work in the best conditions and thus do great good for the whole body.
≪ Animals in a state of serious disturbance refrain from eating; for example the cow irritated by the shepherd refuses to take food.
