I want to clarify a fundamental distinction to everyone: SLIMMING vs LOSING WEIGHT.
Last point: where is the difficulty?
I think I have been clear about the negative effects of losing weight and the benefits of his counter friend, losing weight; to get a slimming a correct and effective diet must be followed in compliance with a correct and regular physical training, it is a little more difficult but certainly successful path if performed with consistency and will and the results will be very satisfactory so as to fully repay the sacrifices of gluttony and the hour. (the "workout must not last more than one" hour, under penalty of protein catabolism) spent in a gym lifting a few weights.
Returning finally to losing weight, it must be said that it is easier (running in a park for one or two hours), but what are the results? Flabby skin, decrease in lean mass, decrease in strength, loss of fluids, decreased MB and many other problems that can come as a result without forgetting the yo-yo effect ... is it worth it?
In this regard, I want to close with a piece of advice: how many times do you hear? how many more times
