How Do You Use Absinthe?
Generally, absinthe infusion is used. The recommended daily dose for adults is half a teaspoon (so we are talking about small quantities) on which to pour 150 ml of boiling water.
To counteract loss of appetite, it is usually recommended to take the infusion 30-60 minutes before meals. It should be noted, however, that the use of absinthe, its infusion or other products containing it must not be carried out for long periods of time.
Finally, it should be noted that the absinthe to prepare the infusion must be purchased only and exclusively from serious and reliable retailers and that for a correct and safe use, it is advisable to carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging of the product purchased.

Even if the infusion of absinthe is a natural remedy, this does not mean that its use is without potential risks or contraindications or that unwanted effects cannot occur. Absinthe and the infusion obtained from it, in fact, may not be well tolerated by all; therefore, caution is always recommended.
