To assess your fitness you will need the following data:
- MEN WAIST = measure horizontally at the navel
- WOMEN WAIST: measure horizontally at the point of minimum circumference
- NECK = circumference under the larynx with the tape slightly tilted down
- HIPS: measure the maximum circumference at the level of the hips
- HEIGHT = measured in the upright position in the morning with bare feet
- WEIGHT = measured in the morning without clothes
