This workout was specifically designed to combat cellulite through targeted exercises. These movements, in fact, are able to activate the areas on which cellulite is localized, thus allowing to reduce adipose deposits and drain excess fluids.
Exercises
Squat Jump, 4 sets of 8 reps
Straight leg deadlift, 4 sets for 8 reps
Straight leg bridge, 4 sets for 12 reps
Squat on one leg, 4 sets of 8 reps per leg
