Sodium erythorbate is the sodium salt of erythorbic acid. It is produced synthetically and has an antioxidant function in medium and / or long-life canned meats, jams, marmalades, fruit jellies, etc.
At the moment, the side effects of this additive are not yet known.
ADI DOSE: 6 mg per kg of body weight.
