We tone the different muscle groups of the body through resistance training. The workout is organized in stations of 30 seconds each, with a 5-6 second pause between one exercise and the other. There is no finite number of repetitions per station: each one does it according to their skills and preparation.
Since this is a cardio workout, we recommend that you stop if you feel excessive tiredness and, in general, keep a pace appropriate to our level of preparation.
