Preparation
The right idea
In this recipe we used ready-made puff pastry. In any case, it is possible to prepare the puff pastry at home, in the traditional version or in the simplified version.
As an alternative to the pastry, it is possible to use shortcrust pastry or bread dough.- Roll out the dough and make heart-shaped shapes using the special mold: you will get about 25-26 pizzas.
- Place the puff pastry hearts on a plate lined with baking paper.
- Stuff half pizzas with a level teaspoon of tomato sauce, adding capers, oregano and slices of olives to taste.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into very thin slices. Arrange two or three thin slices of tomato on the pizzas that still need to be stuffed. Add an anchovy and flavor with oregano and a piece of mozzarella.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (static) and bake the pizzas for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool and serve.
