- 250 ml of water
- 300 g of brown sugar
- 125 ml of 95 ° alcohol

Preparation
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate previously reduced into squares with the water. Bring to a boil.
- Add the brown sugar and mix until completely dissolved.
- Let the liquid cool.
- After at least an hour, add the alcohol: it is important to add the alcohol only if the liquid has cooled completely to prevent the alcoholic part from evaporating.
- Mix the mixture well, then with a funnel and a colander filter the liqueur into a bottle.
