- 350 ml of pink grapefruit juice
- 50 ml of untreated lemon juice
- 100 ml of water
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 glass of limoncello or lemon vodka

Preparation
- Prepare the sugar syrup: bring the water to a boil, then pour in the sugar and mix until dissolved. Leave to cool completely.
- Cut the citrus fruits (grapefruit and lemon) and squeeze the juice. Filter the juice and weigh 400 ml of juice.
- Combine the grapefruit and lemon juice with the cold syrup. Add the limoncello and let the mixture rest for 6 hours.

Those who do not have an ice cream maker can pour the mixture into a Pyrex pan and let it freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring the sorbet every 15-20 minutes to incorporate air and avoid the formation of large ice crystals.
