Preparation
- Clean all the fruit and dry it gently. In this smoothie, we recommend red fruits such as raspberries, currants and strawberries.

- If the consistency of the smoothie appears too thick, add some milk.
- Those who wish can sweeten the smoothie with honey or a little sugar.
For a vegetable version
it is possible to replace cow's milk yogurt with soy yogurt and animal milk with soy milk or almond milk.- Serve the smoothie in milkshake glasses.
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
The smoothie is delicious as a snack but you can also prepare it for breakfast, to start the day in the best way. You can of course use all the fruit you want: try it with peaches or with pineapple and coconut yogurt!Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
