Materials Needed
- Bowl
- Plastic bag
- Rolling pin
- Wooden spoon
Preparation
Please note
To prepare this recipe we used prepackaged dry biscuits, without animal fats and without eggs. You can clearly buy other types of biscuits (shortbread, with cream, with eggs, etc.): remember, however, that the calorie calculation changes according to the type of biscuit chosen.
It is also possible to use homemade biscuits: in this regard, I recommend vegan biscuits with oat flakes.- Pour the biscuits into a plastic bag and reduce them into coarse crumbs with the help of a rolling pin.
- Blend the hazelnuts with the cocoa until you get a very fine powder.
- Add the hazelnut powder to the biscuits. Mix everything by adding the fructose.
- Mix the powder by adding the Greek yogurt: knead with your hands until you get a compact and easily moldable mixture. If necessary, add a few tablespoons of milk until it reaches the right consistency.
- In this way, shape the dough into a cylinder, until you get the shape of a salami.
- Leave the chocolate salami to rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Remove the chocolate salami from the fridge and quickly roll it in the icing sugar. Wrap the fake salami in an elastic food net or create a "cage" with a kitchen cord.
- Serve the chocolate salami sliced or whole, for a better presentation.
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
No eggs in the dough, no butter and little sugar; the taste of the sweet salami is preserved; calories are clearly reduced. In short, did I encourage you to try this recipe?
