Today is October 20: I am particularly attached to this date: 4 years ago, like today, I graduated, while exactly 2 years ago I shot my very first video recipe (I was very embarrassed!). So I would like to celebrate with one of the simplest plumcakes ever, one of my favorites: the yogurt plumcake.

Did you know that
To prepare this plum cake, you can avoid weighing the ingredients carefully and use the yogurt jar as a measuring cup. The doses, in this case, are: 2 pots of yogurt, 3 pots of flour, 1 pot of wheat starch, 2 low pots of sugar and 1 pot of seed oil, to which the 2 eggs, the sachet will then be added. of yeast and an aroma to taste.- Cut a vanilla pod, scrape the seeds with a knife and flavor the mixture.
- Grease and flour a loaf pan with very little butter (or oil) and sprinkle with a thin layer of white flour. Pour the mixture into the mold.
- Sprinkle the surface with plenty of sugar grains and immediately bake in a preheated oven (180 ° C) for 35-40 minutes. Before removing the plumcake from the mold, we recommend the toothpick test to make sure that the cake is cooked to perfection even inside.
- Gently remove the plum cake from the mold, allow to cool and serve.
