Did you know that
To obtain a veg-cheese with a velvety consistency, it is possible to reduce the amount of pea flour by 5-10 grams. Conversely, for a firmer consistency, it is recommended to increase the quantity.- Put the saucepan on the stove and stir continuously, maintaining a gentle-moderate flame, until the mixture begins to thicken.
- Calculate about 2 minutes from the moment of boiling, then pour the mixture (which will appear very thick and sticky) into a cheese mold.
- Flatten the veg-cheese with your hands or with the back of an oiled spoon and allow to cool completely.
- The veg-cheese is ready: it can be cut into slices and served with fresh vegetables.
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
Accompany this veg-cheese with cherry tomatoes or with a mixed salad! Maybe enhance its flavor with a drop of oil and let its very special flavor melt away! An excellent cholesterol-free alternative to classic cow's milk cheeses.Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
