- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
- Cut a stick of tofu into very thin strips: to obtain regular slices, it is advisable to use a cheese cutter with a wire or a knife with a very thin blade.
- Arrange the slices of tofu on a paper towel, cover with another sheet and pat to dry the excess whey from the soy cheese.
- Arrange the slices of tofu on the microwave turntable and add a pinch of salt, pepper and paprika (sweet or spicy). Brush the tofu with some oil.
- Turn on the microwave and cook at 400W for 5 minutes. Turn the slices over and cook for another 5 minutes. At this point, turn on the microwave grill and cook for another 7-8 minutes, or until the chips are crispy.
