Why almonds?
Almonds are rich in fiber, protein and monounsaturated fatty acids. For this reason, the habitual consumption of this food contributes to reducing cholesterol levels in the blood.
They have an excellent mineral content and are abundant in vitamin E.
However, they are rich in lipids and this makes them a high-calorie and not too satiating food in the immediate future.
Why ricotta?
Ricotta is one of the best cheeses, at least from a nutritional point of view.
The lipid and caloric content is generally lower than mozzarella and contains very high quality proteins.
Why eat a dessert if we are on a diet?
Diet does not mean deprivation, it is simply synonymous with a CONSCIOUS and correct diet. If we are aware of what we eat, we can very well integrate a slice of dessert into our diet, even every day.
