Cervical pain deserves the attention of a doctor when it persists for several days / weeks, without hinting of an improvement, or when it falls within a complex symptom picture, which also includes neurological manifestations.
This article intends to discuss the prevention of neck pain; in particular, it will focus on countermeasures useful in the most common cases, for which, often, a simple behavioral intervention is sufficient.
