A support for concentration, an aid to make the most of the hours spent studying books: this is the help that 39% of the interviewees would like, according to the survey conducted on its website by Studenti.it among over 11,400 students struggling with the final exams.

An aid to concentrate, therefore, followed by a remedy against anxiety (30%) but also a personal trainer of the studio always alongside (16%) and, finally, a support to the physical and mental fatigue of the intense study days (15 %).
More than 1 in 2 is for DIY or a friend's recommendation
Who do the kids get advice from? 35% of them ask for information from the family but 31% do it alone or rely on the advice of a friend. Only 13% of the interviewees turn to an expert (doctor or pharmacist).
The balanced diet wins but almost 1 in 3 needs a supplement
40% prefer to improve their psychophysical condition through a "more careful diet. But if something more is needed, among the various remedies available on the market, 28% lean towards multivitamin supplements, 17% choose energizing drinks, 9 % real drugs while 6% look for a homeopathic solution.
Study aid: when is it needed?
How many times have high school students resorted to the help of a supplement? According to the Studenti.it survey, 23% have resorted to it every time they felt the need; 12% especially in the change of seasons; 29% sporadically because they prefer to deal with physiological drops with natural methods while 36% almost never because they are not sure of their effectiveness.
