I present to you a workout for the lower body to be performed using only rubber bands to do exercises to firm the buttocks (or the variant exercises with elastic for abdominals and legs) .This workout with elastic will strengthen both the buttocks and the legs for a more toned and more athletic physique. Depending on the level, it is sufficient to adjust the resistance of the elastic (which you can buy on Amazon) to make the exercises more or less difficult. Beware of mistakes to avoid when using the resistance band for training at home.
