I love vegetables in any type of cooking: today a very tasty but really light recipe, suitable even for the most delicate palates. We will prepare together courgettes, aubergines and sandy broccoli, with very few calories.

- 200 gr of zucchini
- 200 gr of aubergines
- 200 gr of broccoli
- 150 gr of egg white
- 200 gr of grated bread
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- untreated lemon zest to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- turmeric to taste
- to taste of sweet paprika

Preparation
- Wash the vegetables thoroughly.
- Clean the courgettes, remove the ends, then cut them into sticks, about 10 cm long and 1 cm thick.
- Remove the stalk from the aubergine, and make sticks a little larger than the courgettes.
- Divide the broccoli inflorescences.
- Prepare two bowls: in a bowl, pour the egg white and flavor it with salt, pepper, oregano and paprika. In another, pour the breadcrumbs with the turmeric.
