- 10 g of yellow cornmeal

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Wash the apple persimmons and cut them into wedges.
- Arrange the slices of apple persimmon in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then flavor with chopped thyme, sage, garlic and rosemary.
- Sprinkle with a handful of cornmeal.
- Place in the oven and bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes, turning the slices of apple persimmon a couple of times.
