Are you ready to make a dish of well-being? I propose a recipe that contains a little of the macrobiotic philosophy and a little of the Asian one: my menu includes a delicate tofu accompanied by Wakame seaweed. What are the benefits of this dish?
- It does not contain cholesterol
- It is rich in noble proteins, mainly provided by tofu. However, wakame seaweed is also known for its considerable supply of high quality index proteins.
- It is a source of mineral salts: wakame seaweed is very rich in mineral salts, in particular selenium and iodine (minerals essential for the correct functionality of the thyroid)
- Provides a good amount of fiber
- Very filling dish

I would define this dish as a real explosion of well-being! Being prepared entirely with vegetables, we do not find traces of cholesterol; tofu, together with wakame seaweed, gives us a lot of high biological value proteins; orange juice is a concentrate of antioxidants! And what's more, this wonderful dish is also delicious: what more could you want?Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
