Ingrediants
- 500 gr of chicken breast
- 2 (red and yellow) of peppers
- 50 gr of black olives
- 50 ml of dry white wine
- 50 ml of milk
- 5 gr of corn starch
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- basil to taste

- Frying pan or other large, shallow pot
- Lid
- Chopping board
- Knife
Preparation
- First, cut the chicken into pieces or into regular strips. Salt and pepper to taste. Alternatively, use ready-made chicken slices.
- Clean the peppers: after having washed and dried them, cut them in half, remove the internal filaments and seeds, then cut the peppers into thin strips.
- Proceed with cooking. Heat a pan: without adding oil or other seasonings, collect the pieces of chicken and brown them, turning them a couple of times.
