The same procedure can be followed to prepare an imaginative vegetable "stew": in this case, the burgers must first be cut into pieces, then browned in a pan. The burger cubes are then left to flavor in the sauce.- When the tomato sauce is ready, add the vegetable burgers and leave to flavor for about ten minutes.
- Turn off the heat and flavor with plenty of fresh basil and a teaspoon of oregano.
- Serve the steaming burgers, accompanying with fresh salad or baked potatoes.
