To prepare soybean paste at home, simply mix 100 g of soy flour, 100 g of white type 00 flour and 120 ml of water.- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and, with the special guitar for pasta, make spaghetti or tagliolini.
- Prepare the sauce: wash the peppers and remove the inedible parts. Reduce them to a banner and brown them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. Cook over low heat for about ten minutes.
- Add the bean sprouts and sauté them with the peppers.
- Meanwhile, blanch the prawns in water: a couple of minutes is enough. Add the prawns to the vegetables and season everything by adding a pinch of powdered ginger and a little sweet paprika.
- Cook the pasta in boiling, lightly salted water for a couple of minutes, then add it to the sauce and serve immediately.
