- 80 ml of fresh cream
- 140 ml of coffee "
- 50 ml of milk
- Optional: 30 g of sugar

- Q.b. of fresh cream
- Q.b. of bitter cocoa
Materials Needed
- Moka
- Ice containers
- Mixer
- Glasses
Preparation
- Prepare the coffee with the mocha or with the espresso machine.
The right advice
If you like an intense flavor and make coffee with the mocha, we recommend filling the mocha boiler up to the safety valve. Furthermore, the filter must be filled with coffee powder (of excellent quality, I recommend!): To prevent the coffee from splashing out from the sides as it rises, we recommend not pressing the powder with a teaspoon, but leveling it simply by tapping the filter on one floor, until the edge is reached.- Allow the coffee to cool to room temperature, then pour the liquid into the ice containers.
- Pour the fresh cream into the ice molds, then place in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until the coffee and cream are frozen.
- At this point, collect the iced coffee and cream cubes in a blender. Add the cold milk from the refrigerator and, to taste, the sugar, then blend until the mixture is thick, creamy and frozen.
- Pour the frozen cappuccino into small glasses or single portion cups. Serve as desired with a dollop of cream and a sprinkling of bitter cocoa.
- The frozen cappuccino cannot be preserved and must be consumed immediately to better appreciate its consistency.
The smart advice
Instead of freezing the smoothie frozen cappuccino, we recommend possibly freezing a double or triple dose of coffee and cream, to always have the frozen cubes of liquid available and to be able to make the frozen cappuccino immediately when the desire for a summer dessert arises!Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
Cappuccino has never been more delicious! A cross between a milkshake and a cold coffee cream to be enjoyed slowly, teaspoon after teaspoon! Try adding a splash of cocoa to the smoothie for an even more intense flavor!
