I was pleasantly surprised by the interest aroused in my orange pie recipe in 5 minutes! Many of you, both on You tube and on Facebook, have asked me for the vegan version: so I didn't waste time and I started to formulate something good. Flour, cocoa and raspberry jam in hand: I propose you the vegan cake in 5 minutes!

Ingrediants
- 70 g of wholemeal flour
- 50 g of cornstarch
- 50 g of cane sugar or 25 g of fructose
- 9 g of bitter cocoa
- 5 g of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 130 ml of soy milk
- 30 ml of corn oil
- Organic food: 40 g of raspberry jam or strawberry jam
Materials Needed
- Bowl
- Scale weighs food
- Sieve
- Glass or silicone mold with a diameter of 14 cm
- Lemon grater or row
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, the corn starch, the fructose (or 50 g of whole cane sugar), a pinch of salt together with the instant yeast and the sifted bitter cocoa. Mix the dry ingredients.
- In the center, now add the liquid ingredients, ie the corn oil and the soy milk: mix the mixture until a thick batter is obtained.
- Brush a 14 cm diameter glass bowl with corn oil and fill with cream.
- In the center, slide the organic raspberry jam.
- Cook the cake in the microwave at 800W for 2 and a half or 3 minutes: we recommend the toothpick test before removing the cake from the microwave.
Attention
The jam inside the cake tends to slide on the bottom of the container: the result will therefore be a cake with a tender heart. Alternatively, it is possible to serve the jam separately, thus avoiding cooking it together with the cake.- Serve the pie as soon as it is out of the oven and consume it immediately to better appreciate its softness.

And if you don't have a microwave, but you like the combination of ingredients, you can double the dose, fill some cups and bake some muffins in the oven: 15-20 minutes in the oven will be enough!Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
