Did you know that
To prepare these truffles we suggest flavoring the chocolate with cinnamon and orange peel. Alternatively, you can use other flavors such as: ginger, rum, almond essence, etc. ..
Those who do not like aromas, on the other hand, can replicate the recipe by simply using chocolate (of any type) and cream.
For the vegan version, we recommend heating vegetable cream and combining it with extra dark chocolate.- Heat the fresh cream and, when it comes to a boil, pour it flush into the bowl with the chocolate, mixing gradually, until it is melted. Allow to cool, then let the mixture cool in the fridge for an hour, taking care not to make it thicken too much: the consistency of the ganache must be soft and velvety, not excessively hard.
- In the meantime, prepare the material for the decoration of the truffles: bitter cocoa, grated coconut, colored sprinkles and chopped hazelnuts.
- With a couple of teaspoons or with a small digger, take the ganache and roll it in your hands.
- Pass each praline into the decorations (cocoa, hazelnuts, coconut and sprinkles).
- Place the truffles in the paper cups and place in the freezer for at least one hour before serving.
- Truffles can be stored in the freezer for a couple of months: they can also be served frozen.

Truffles are delicious sweets that no one will be able to give up! Other ideas? Hide a toasted hazelnut inside each morsel or, for a liqueur version, flavor the chocolate with rum!Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
