Preparation
- Start by preparing the base of the mock tart. Collect the dry biscuits in a plastic bag and cut them into crumbs with the help of a rolling pin. Mix the biscuit powder with the melted butter and milk, until the dough is moist and rather sticky.

- Leave the base of the tart to rest in the fridge.
- Clean the strawberries, cut them into slices and leave them to flavor with sugar, mint and lemon juice.
