Did you know that
It is possible to make nachos using only corn flour; in this recipe, we suggest mixing the corn flour with a part of white flour to facilitate the subsequent drafting of the nachos.
Here we suggest flavoring the dough with paprika: you may prefer other flavors, such as chilli, turmeric or curry!- Cover the ball of dough with a lid or cling film, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Take the dough and divide it into 5-6 parts. On each side, make a ball and gently squeeze it between two sheets of parchment paper, until you get a disc with a thickness of one or two millimeters (tortillas).
- From the tortillas obtained, make a circle with the help of a ring or a lid. Repeat this procedure until all the dough is used up.
- From each circle, get 8 triangles.
Did you know that
Normally, nachos are fried; in this recipe, we suggest the healthier baked version.- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, ventilated.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Place the nachos on the baking plates, taking care not to break them.
- Brush the surface of the nachos with the remaining oil, then cook at 180 ° C for about 12-15 minutes, or until crispy.
- Serve with spicy cheese sauce, guacamole sauce, or spicy tomato sauce.

The baked nachos are super crunchy and I'm sure your friends will love it! To make them even more delicious, accompany them with a sauce: among the most suitable sauces, I recommend the spicy sauce, the guacamole sauce and the cheese sauce.Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
