Preparation
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel it.
- In the container of an electric blender, collect the boiled chickpeas and flavor with garlic, salt, chilli, parsley and mint. Add the zest and juice of half a lemon, then add the tahini and the avocado: blend everything by adding a few tablespoons of water, until you get a soft consistency.
