More and more often the sandwich ends up replacing traditional meals, because it is more practical and "hasty". However, there is no shortage of possibilities to customize it to the fullest, either to satisfy the palate, or for line problems or health needs. But how many calories does a sandwich have? The following calculator allows you to make a personalized calculation based on the various ingredients in a few moments. Our advice is to vary them often, without fossilizing on the same ingredients and also giving space to vegetable ones, such as rocket leaves or lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Furthermore, if the sandwich is a habit, we avoid always consuming cold cuts - with all their load of preservatives and saturated fats (with rare exceptions) - replacing them for example with cheeses, such as mozzarella or fontina, fish, such as salmon or tuna, and legumes, such as beans.
To calculate, with due approximations, the calories of your favorite sandwich and find new ideas, simply select the various ingredients from the drop-down menu, specifying the quantities added each time.
