What is Branzino
Sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax L.), also known as sea bass, is a fish belonging to the family of Moronidae and the Genre Dicentrarchus; genus that - within it - also includes a "other species, very similar, called spigola maculata (Dicentrarchus punctatus).
NB: Sea bass or sea bass should NOT be confused with perch-sea bass (hybrid species).
