Preparation
- Remove the fresh butter from the fridge and let it soften at room temperature for an hour or until it reaches a consistency similar to that of an ointment.

Some variations
As an alternative to butter, you can use non-hydrogenated fat margarine or coconut butter.
In this recipe we suggest the use of rice starch to make the release agent also suitable for celiacs; however, other types of flours can also be used as desired.- Collect the mixture in an airtight glass jar. Store in the fridge. The release agent for pans can be kept until the butter expires: for this reason, it is advisable to use a very fresh butter, with a long shelf life.
- The release agent should be distributed with a brush along the inner walls of all baking molds. To facilitate the distribution of the mixture, it is advisable to keep the jar at room temperature before use for at least one hour.
